Enlistment system

Player record management from joining up to retiring

The organization can define a list of questions for prospective players to fill out. Applications are then placed in a queue to be reviewed. If accepted a player record is created in the org for the users account.

Enlistment applications can be created via the Org site or the /enlist command on the associated Discord server.

Group and Role management

Configurable Groups and player management.

• Groups can be either "exclusive" or "non-exclusive".
• A Player can be in exactly one exclusive group, but in any amount of non-exclusive groups.
• Groups can have a Parent group defining a hierarchy.
• Groups have Roles defined.
• Roles can be marked as "Leadership" which grants access to management tools.
• Roles can be marked as "Singular" which means only one member in the Group can be in that role.

Rank sets and Ranks

Commonly used Ranks available with tools to produce custom Ranks in whatever form your organization requires.

Rank images use SVG format images and can be resized to whatever is required in the system.

Promotion requirements

Definable conditions for Promotion which is tied into the Group leader dashboard to highlight members who meet the conditions.

• Time in Grade (days)
• Time in Service (days)
• Ops Attended
• Qualified in course(s)

Operations

Scheduling

Scheduling Operations on a standard month format calendar. All timezones are stored in UTC and translated to the Players local timezone.

RSVP

For upcoming operations Players can mark their intention to attend or not.

Attendance

After the operation Group leaders can mark which of their members have attended. Rather than having one person be responsible for the tracking the task can be delegated to leadership in each Group to track their own member's attendance.

Attendance history is also available on the Player record, and a total count of operations attended.

Awards and Commendations

Awards which can be bestowed upon players as warranted.

Commendations, being good news items, are posted to the Public Feed automatically.

Courses and Qualifications

Courses which players can be Qualified in.

Player Qualifications are connected to the Promotion Requirements system and Dashboard.

Markdown based Documents. Also accessible via discord /document command.
