The organization can define a list of questions for prospective players to fill out. Applications are then placed in a queue to be reviewed. If accepted a player record is created in the org for the users account.

Commonly used Ranks available with tools to produce custom Ranks in whatever form your organization requires. Rank images use SVG format images and can be resized to whatever is required in the system.

Definable conditions for Promotion which is tied into the Group leader dashboard to highlight members who meet the conditions.

Scheduling

Scheduling Operations on a standard month format calendar. All timezones are stored in UTC and translated to the Players local timezone.

RSVP

For upcoming operations Players can mark their intention to Attend, Not or Maybe.

Attendance

After the operation Group leaders can mark which of their members have attended. Rather than having one person be responsible for the tracking the task can be distributed to leadership in each Group to track their own member's attendance.

Attendance history is also available on the Player record, and a total count of operations attended.

Awards which can be bestowed upon players as warranted.

Courses which players can be Qualified in. Also connected to the Promotion Requirements system and Dashboard.

Upon login, present an appropriate set of reports.
