• Have authority to bind a server or organization if installing m4engine on behalf of one

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to:

• Authenticate via Discord OAuth
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use m4engine to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Circumvent security features
• Infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or servers that violate these Terms.

5. Discord Integration

m4engine interacts with Discord servers through bot permissions granted by server administrators.

By adding the bot to your server, you:

• Grant the necessary permissions required for functionality
• Acknowledge that m4engine may access server metadata, messages, and user IDs as required to provide features

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect:

• Discord user IDs
• Server IDs
• Message metadata
• Usage logs
• Configuration settings

We do not claim ownership of your community content. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store necessary data to provide the Service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to m4engine — including software, branding, logos, and content — are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Use our branding without written permission

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Hosting providers
• Payment processors

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• m4engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You use the Service at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless m4engine and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
